Trailblaze Integrated Solutions is a small, independent processing-review business based in Fort Mill, SC. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or send a statement, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the site, a contact form, or the statement-review form, we may collect:

• Your name, business name, email, phone, and city

• Files you upload, including merchant processing statements

• Optional notes you write in the form

• Basic technical data your browser sends (such as pages visited)

How we use it

We use this information to review your processing costs, follow up with you, and — only if you ask us to — help negotiate with the processor you already have.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not add statement-review submissions to a marketing list.

Who sees your statement

Your statement is reviewed by Ryan Bates at Trailblaze. We do not share it with processors, software vendors, or other businesses unless you ask us to contact your current processor as part of a negotiation.

How long we keep it

We keep statements and contact details only as long as needed to do the review, follow up, and (if you become a monitoring client) watch the account. You can email us and ask us to delete what we have.
